Peter, a young licensed fisherman from the village of Marigot, runs this activity. You get aboard a comfortable boat to enjoy sport fishing in St. Lucia with the insight views of a local. This tour is not the typical deep-sea fishing on a big yacht, but rather about the fun of fishing the local way. We provide the fishing gear and tackles and the fishes usually caught are between 1 to 10 pounds (15 when we are lucky!). The most popular fishes are: Jack fish, tuna, dorado, barracuda, mahi-mahi, red snapper and grouper. We usually try bottom fishing or trolling. Fishing is along the Caribbean coast of the island not too far from Marigot Bay. We take a party of 2 or 4 people. Peter can go out any day of the week and we suggest going either in the morning (from 7 to 11 a.m.) or by the end of the afternoon (from 3 to 6 p.m.). Please reserve at least 24 hours in advance. Drinks are available for sale on board, but you can bring yours.
