I (we), the undersigned, reserve one half-share in Oasis Marigot Phase III sea house resort community on St. Lucia's Marigot Bay for a guaranteed price of $11,980 US. I (we), the undersigned, reserve one quarter share in Oasis Marigot Phase III sea house resort community on St. Lucia’s Marigot Bay for a guaranteed price of $6,480 US. Upon receipt of this purchase offer and a refundable deposit of $2,000 US ($1,000 US for half-share and quarter share options) by Omega Caribe Ltd., I will be sent a confirmation and a purchase contract. A period of 30 days from the date of the present agreement will be allowed to finalize this offer with the purchase contract. If after this thirty-day period I have not finalized the purchase contract, Omega Caribe will refund my deposit in full and this agreement will become null and void. The deposit will be held in a trust account (Omega Caribe in trust) until construction work begins or the present agreement is cancelled.
